Meet Jason Kulick

Jason Kulick Co-Founded BioMEMS Analytics with Dr. Michael Pugia in 2019 to take their collaborative diagnostics and microelectronics developments to market. 

As President and Co-Founder (2009) of Indiana Integrated Circuits, LLC (IIC), Jason leads the IIC team’s technology development of advanced microelectronics. It is out of the collaboration between IIC and IBRI that BioMEMS Analytics was born.
 

His work has involved project management of equipment installation, semiconductor process development, laser diode fabrication & testing, advanced assembly & packaging techniques including Quilt Packaging, and the management of various R&D programs. 

Jason is an Electrical Engineering graduate of the University of Notre Dame. 

His work includes the research and development of metalized interconnects in diverse semiconductor materials/substrates and the design & fabrication of custom assembly and packaging tools. 

With respect to publication and patenting, Jason has authored or co-authored more than 30 papers & invited talks, and an inventor on multiple issued (18) and pending (16) U.S. & international patents.
